I also got 2 off initially. But my problem is that I tried to pipeline when it is not needed. LOL.

I feel a bit bright after demoted this from PhD to Masters. 
Once I figured out how to get the respective blocks to their destinations, I reached 182 directly. Enjoyed the puzzle.
