What's Strategy?

Not sure I quite understand what the text is getting at, and the wasted space is unfortunate, but the principles behind the route are good. Just needs to be condensed by a lot.

I needed some work until I was able to cut 2 off. I enjoyed it but probably for players not yet used to the game, it could deserve a 3?
