I meant that the outside three on the right were slightly closer to the entrance to the tunnel by pure distance, even though it takes an extra two moves to get them there. It's a long note, you might have missed the last part.

I didn't really get the author's note for this one. It says that 'the outside part on the right' (which I took to understand the three loner blocks) is the quickest, but it turns out that the solution is different.
