Quite a tricky timing puzzle. Was hovering in the 200s until I found the right setup to get 196. Didn't take long to get the 192 after that.

First 3 tries were 8, 4, then 2 off, but it took me a while to find the final 2 cut. I feel like manti's review is a bit deceiving... I was looking in the wrong places for optimizations for quite a while.

Ah how did I miss that. I got 114 right away but was missing the cut so I started trying slower paths for a while. Finally got it.
