I can't see any better than a 6 off, atm. I find this a very unique and interesting structure. I will be back and have high hopes to solve it. EDIT (about a year later): I am now badly stuck 2 off.

Magnificent level. Almost no need for optimization, but it’s so well-constructed to hide the way to the end. It took me a while to see how to even start getting blocks to move past each other. Phenomenal annealer stuff.
