Edited. Sorry to those who already solved it - I found a bad 50 path! If you found the right path earlier, this shouldn't be a problem, otherwise :-). Thanks to Manticore for testing, and Niels for finding an early hole.

Wow jumped from 6 off to 2 less... Don't know if it can be reduced further, but anyway an interesting level, the orders can very confusing in the initial tries. --- Edit (7 years later): I found the 2-cut, however felt a bit disappointed, may be had too high expectation seeing the comments.

Great level. I was stuck on it for a week. I hadn't seen this before making my level Meander, which now looks like a poor imitation!

Wow, that path is ridiculous. This level gave me real trouble. I found this harder than some of the 9 point levels. 318 tries.

Great level with exemplary shortcuts! I look forward to playing version 2.5. EDIT: And years later I find the 166 solution. Very nice how there are so many plausible routes that give close stepcounts.

Whooooa, what a splendid level! It took me a whole lot of tries to get from 8 off to 321 path. All the time I knew where my problem was, but just couldn't figure out how to take care of it properly. You don't want to know all of what I was trying. ;) 132 tries.
