I spent a while trying the wrong tactic, then saw an alternative which was the correct route.

I had many attempts to find the path, maybe because I have issues "reading" the blocks, I could have been quicker, if I'd "seen" a particular block arrangement.

Kept being 2 off first time around, came back and saw the bit I'd been missing.  Tricky for elementary IMO.
