After a long time at 4 and 2 off I realised I was moving something when I didn't need to (should have paid attention to Alazeh), and finally got it.

Finally got it, and kicking myself for missing a pipelining trick which kept me at 2off for ages.

I just couldn't get it, then taking Jeetee's comment in mind I looked harder and got it.

Maybe too easy for most, but it defeated me for ages, I couldn't improve on 2 off. Then finally something clicked and it came together.
