Not my favourite style, but eventually I honed down from about 8off, to 85 steps. You just need to check you're being efficient every step of the way.

Hmm, from 14 off down to 42 steps very painfully. I was as baffled by this as much as Hem's original. Very tricky for elementary IMO.

Kept at 2off for a while till I realised I was taking 2 steps extra on the approach to one block, go up to but not around.
