Randomness

It seemed very straight forward to me, much easier than others by this builder.

Shoe-

I don't know why that saves steps but it does.

Stuck at 2off for ages (2 or 3 separate visits), then thought strongly about optimising and finally got it.

I went for what seemed the obvious route, 14off, so I switched the order and got it.

Interesting, I thought the right path at first, but went for the wrong one.

I got caught out, again, by going round a block instead of pushing it past where I needed to be.

Initially I got stuck and then realised I was unnecessarily restricting myself, then I got it.

I think I was overthinking to start with and it took several goes to solve. Not massively difficult but not massively easy either.
