Finished pretty quickly because there weren't many other options, but definitely counterintuitive compared to the 2 off for me

Was making a silly mistake to be ~14 moves off, but quickly got to within 2, and just played around in the area where I figured the extra 2 moves was until I found it. Love the design working from outside to the middle, making it feel a lot different than other PP1 lock style levels
