Wooow, such a nice find, this 105 steps. 
I first had around 120, then lowered to 115 and 113, and then was kind of stuck there, untill I found 107, but even then it still took a few tries, to cut the last two. :)

I was on the right path from the start but the last 2 are clever.

I wish the false routes were closer in stepcount. Becomes obvious something is wrong after 2-3 tries.
