Never got around to reviewing this before, but when I first beat this level, it was one of the most baffling solutions, as it was the very last possibility I considered. Upon analysis, it began to make perfect sense, but it's shocking how cleanly executed the concept is.
Is it tricky? Sure. Is it well designed? I'd say so. Is it satisfying to solve? The trick is just unexpected enough that trying to blindly feel your way through the level might cause you to overlook it, but if you analyze the level, it becomes no different from any other false path level, where you're just going through every possibility until you stumble on the right one, making it more of a frustration than a satisfying challenge. Personally, I appreciate the construction far more than the experience of solving it.
This entire set of levels is so cute. Each solution is super distinct, and not at all trivial.
The cut started to make sense, then it didn't, a dash of black magic.

Last 2 cut is subtle.

I notice that there are two solutions, but they are relatively similar and they both retain the interesting bits of the solution design, so I guess I'm fine with it.
My intuition interestingly failed me here, the correct solution was one of the last possible routes to take.
The trick is very subtle. In levels without holes, it's very hard to hide it, but because of all the backtracking and pushing around holes, it becomes way harder to spot.
So elegant. I'm upset I didn't come up with this one myself.
Not only can you logic your way into narrowing the solution space, the actual solution is surprising in a subtle way, so this is an excellent puzzle. But even more mindblowing is that someone actually designed this thing. One of my favorite levels of all time of this style.
